What you will do

• Lead and implement the banking partnerships strategy for the UK and Europe.
• Manage strategic relationships and serve as the primary contact for banking and financial institution partners.
• Conduct market research and analyze the competitive payments landscape.
• Identify and assess integrations with local banks, acquirers, and payment methods in new markets.
• Coordinate partner due diligence and manage onboarding projects.
• Develop industry thought leadership in banking partnerships and payments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working with financial institutions, regional and global banks, and payment networks.
• Essential experience building relationships with UK and European financial institutions while working at a payment institution or EMI.
• Strong network of banking partners, financial institutions, and payment networks.
• Strong understanding of compliance and onboarding with banks.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Commercial teams.
• International experience managing multiple markets or cross-border relationships, plus strong communication and negotiation skills.
