Account Associate, Mid-Market, Renewals (Software)

Location: Remote, UK; London, United Kingdom. Work may be performed from an office, from home, or through a combination of both where available.

What you will do

• Nurture mid-market customer relationships throughout the renewal lifecycle and mitigate churn risk.
• Lead renewals across multiple products and platforms for direct customers and solution-partner accounts.
• Identify cross-sell, up-sell, strategic migration, and expansion opportunities.
• Explain product updates and new offerings to customers and solution partners.
• Maintain accurate renewal pipelines, customer data, activity records, and account status in internal systems.
• Collaborate with account teams and channel partners on strategic account planning, pricing, and license expiration dates.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in account management, software renewals, customer success, or a related business area.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers by phone and video across different countries and cultures.
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Native or professional-level Dutch is required.
