Global Workplace Manager: Run multi-country workplace and office operations across hirify.global’s sites with an accent on multi-site hospitality, employee experience, and onboarding execution. Focus on managing budgets and vendors, designing events and all-hands moments, and using occupancy data and surveys (including AI tools) to continuously improve the workplace experience.

hirify.global is an AI-powered spend management and procurement platform for simplifying procurement, payments, expense management, and invoice processing.

What you will do

  • Oversee day-to-day workplace operations across Paris, London, and Barcelona, including logistics, safety, vendors, leases, and relocations.
  • Own workplace budgets and turn each office into a living reflection of hirify.global culture (space layout, decor, and details).
  • Manage office access and hospitality, track occupancy data, and design initiatives to maximize space utilization.
  • Design and deliver employee experience moments (hackathons, parties, brunches, themed afterworks, wellness events) and run the annual events calendar and budget.
  • Lead onboarding operations for new joiners (invitations, Slack channels, calendar setup, office tours) and improve onboarding via surveys.

Requirements

  • French and English fluency (written and spoken).
  • 4+ years of experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment.
  • Proven track record in multi-site office management across countries and cultures.
  • Strong ownership and autonomy; ability to drive outcomes without waiting for direction.
  • Data-savvy mindset: comfortable tracking occupancy, analyzing surveys, and using tools and AI to improve the workplace experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and adaptability to last-minute changes.
