What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the 3,200m² Paris office, ensuring high facility standards.
  • Handle employee requests via a ticketing system to ensure high workplace satisfaction.
  • Manage supplier relationships and contracts for cleaning, technical maintenance, and refreshments.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.
  • Provide logistical support for internal departmental events and community engagement.
  • Implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and leverage AI tools for workplace excellence.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Workplace, Facilities, or Office Management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a service mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building trust with colleagues and partners.
  • Fluent French and professional English proficiency required.
  • Must be based in Paris, France.
