NC Operator (Manufacturing)

hirify.global Feed & Biofuel is establishing a precision die manufacturing facility serving the animal feed, aqua feed, pet food, and biofuel industries.

What you will do

• Set up and operate NC machines to manufacture components from technical drawings and specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to guide production.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Inspect finished parts with precision measuring tools and confirm quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of NC equipment.
• Work with production and quality teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain a safe, organized work area.

Requirements

• Experience operating NC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
• Understanding of machine controls and basic programming, including G-code.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight tolerances.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, stand for extended periods, and lift materials as required.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada; willingness to work day or afternoon shifts.
