What you will do
- Deliver end-to-end IT support for global users via ServiceNow, in-person, and remote channels.
- Provision and support Apple and Dell devices, including imaging, configuration, and deployment.
- Manage user identity and access using Active Directory and Okta.
- Perform hardware lifecycle management including onboarding, offboarding, and asset tracking.
- Troubleshoot macOS, Windows, network, VPN, wireless, printing, and AV systems.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in desktop or helpdesk support.
- Expertise in Apple and Dell hardware diagnostics and lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows OS performance optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Okta, and identity management workflows.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Intune, and Jamf.
