What you will do
- Monitor and maintain IT and infrastructure devices to ensure maximum system uptime.
- Provide comprehensive service desk support and collaborate with users for technology rollouts.
- Execute vulnerability remediation and manage a subset of software security tools.
- Develop and organize technical documentation for system procedures and workflows.
- Assist in sourcing and configuring hardware and software components from vendors.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in IT or 3+ years of experience in enterprise systems and networking.
- Advanced knowledge of ITSM tools and procedures.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Windows Server administration.
- Practical experience with Layer 1 networking and Google Workspace.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.

- German language proficiency.
