What you will do
- Provide first-line IT support to employees both on-site and remotely.
- Set up and configure thin-clients and workstations for new hires.
- Troubleshoot client systems and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Contribute to short and long-term projects to enhance the client platform and support systems.
- Assist with general office-related technical tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in IT support or an equivalent role.
- English and Spanish: Fluent (C1) proficiency required
- Basic knowledge of Linux is preferred.
- Responsibility and thoroughness in executing technical tasks.
Nice to have
- Experience with Linux, Windows, and Mac client support.
- Knowledge of basic networking.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Experience with alarms, security controls, and CCTV systems.
