What you will do

• Architect, deploy, and maintain mission-critical global infrastructure to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Design and implement robust security policies, identity management frameworks, and access controls.
• Lead strategic infrastructure initiatives, including vendor management and capacity forecasting for large-scale deployments.
• Drive complex system upgrades and migrations by defining technical standards and documentation best practices.
• Engineer and manage advanced enterprise clustering and networking solutions to optimize traffic flow and connectivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or 7+ years of experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Deep proficiency in architecting high-availability systems and server clustering.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows/macOS ecosystems, Active Directory, Meraki, and RMM tools.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Must be based in Zaragoza, Spain, and able to work on-site.
• Ability to travel between company locations within Spain as needed.

Nice to have

• Solid experience in Linux systems administration and database management.
• Proficiency in German.
