What you will do
- Provide timely and effective support for all internal IT systems.
- Resolve Layer 1 and Layer 2 incidents and service requests.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Administer and operate various IT tools and systems to ensure business continuity.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of full-time experience in IT ServiceDesk.
- Proficiency in supporting both Windows and MacOSX environments.
- Experience with SaaS tools including Google Workspace and Slack.
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA Service Desk.
- Experience with identity management tools like OneLogin or OKTA.
