TL;DR

What you will do

  • Provide timely and effective support for all internal IT systems.
  • Resolve Layer 1 and Layer 2 incidents and service requests.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
  • Administer and operate various IT tools and systems to ensure business continuity.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of full-time experience in IT ServiceDesk.
  • Proficiency in supporting both Windows and MacOSX environments.
  • Experience with SaaS tools including Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Experience with Atlassian JIRA Service Desk.
  • Experience with identity management tools like OneLogin or OKTA.
