Salary: €60,000–€65,000 (base plus bonus and benefits).

What you will do

• Articulate design strategy and decisions to stakeholders to align with key results.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to ensure usability and feasibility.
• Maintain and evolve the Data Experience Platform design system.
• Design and conduct user interviews and usability testing sessions.
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to uncover opportunities and measure solution impact.
• Contribute to all stages of the product development lifecycle from conceptualization to delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK, Spain, Italy, or Poland.
• 5+ years of experience in a Product Design role with a portfolio of shipped products.
• Proven experience designing data products, dashboards, or analytics interfaces.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and design systems.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Background in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Experience with data visualization tools and analytics platforms.
