TL;DR

Senior Experience Designer (AI): Designing user experiences and interfaces for AI-driven applications and modernization initiatives for a leading US health insurance provider with an accent on wireframing, prototyping, and AI integration. Focus on translating complex business and AI requirements into intuitive user flows and maintaining design system consistency.

Location: Hybrid in Buenos Aires, Argentina (1-2 days onsite per week). Working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00/7:00 PM ART.

What you will do

• Design UX/UI for AI-driven applications and modernization projects.
• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Develop digital signature workflows and associated user interactions.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive experiences.
• Ensure consistency across screens, components, and design patterns.
• Provide design guidance and review implementation against approved designs.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Experience designing modern web-based and AI-enabled applications.
• Solid understanding of UX principles and modern UI design practices.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina for hybrid work.
