What you will do

  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of product designers.
  • Lead large-scale design initiatives spanning product vision, strategy, and end-to-end execution.
  • Define and implement scalable design processes, standards, and workflows.
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning in alignment with business goals.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools for prototyping, exploration, and accelerating design delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science to ensure consistent user experiences.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS or enterprise product design environments.
  • Proven experience leading and managing design teams of 3–10+ designers.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality product design work at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with modern and AI-assisted design tools like Figma, Claude, or Cursor.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence product direction.
