What you will do

• Design end-to-end enterprise legal workflows for matter management, task tracking, and operational reporting.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to solve complex enterprise legal operation challenges.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create prototypes and present solutions that align business goals with user needs.
• Collaborate on and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across the product.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance design workflows and product capabilities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design, preferably in SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of shipping products that solve customer problems and impact metrics.
• Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma.
• Strong expertise in user research methodologies and interaction design principles.
• Experience with design systems and accessibility standards.
• Must be local to Manchester, London, or Dublin for hybrid office attendance.
