Location: Must be based in or able to work from London, UK (Hybrid: 50% onsite at Bracken House required).

What you will do

• Design and evolve reusable components, patterns, and foundations within the Origami design system.
• Support hybrid environments spanning web, iOS, and Android to ensure a coherent product experience.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement design tokens and ensure scalability across production code.
• Create clear documentation and usage guidance in Figma and Zeroheight.
• Explore and apply AI-assisted tooling to streamline prototyping and component definition workflows.
• Maintain high accessibility standards across all system patterns and components.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
• Strong product design craft with a portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and impact.
• Experience working with Figma, including component libraries, variables, and tokens.
• Familiarity with web and mobile platform conventions (iOS/Android).
• Working understanding of HTML, CSS, and semantic markup.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across product, engineering, and editorial teams.

• Experience or interest in AI-assisted design or development workflows.
