What you will do

• Lead complex cross-functional programs to improve scalability and operational maturity across IT and employee technology services.
• Own the SaaS management program using Zylo for application inventory, contract visibility, spend, and utilization.
• Partner with IT, Security, Finance, and Legal teams to align priorities and remove operational friction.
• Drive renewal readiness and license optimization processes, including usage reviews and reclamation workflows.
• Improve SaaS data quality and hygiene across finance, contract, and identity data sources.
• Design governance cadences, operating models, and success metrics for initiatives spanning endpoint operations and identity access.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical program management, SaaS operations, or IT operations.
• Strong understanding of SaaS management disciplines, including application inventory and renewal management.
• Experience administering SaaS management platforms such as Zylo or comparable systems.
• Knowledge of employee technology domains: IAM, onboarding/offboarding, and endpoint device lifecycle.
• Proven ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing demands across parallel initiatives.
• Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in San Francisco or New York City.

Nice to have

• Hands-on familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, and PM tools like Linear.
• Experience with ITSM tooling.
