What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functionally between internal teams, construction trades, and external vendors.
• Manage the design, implementation, and handover of ISP connectivity, low voltage cabling, and network infrastructure (MDF/IDF, MPOEs).
• Partner with ITAV teams to deliver audio-visual and video-conference systems, including digital signage and all-hands spaces.
• Collaborate with Corporate Security to implement infrastructure for access control, surveillance, and intrusion detection.
• Oversee project schedules, executive communications, and procurement budgets in coordination with FP&A.
• Develop drawing packages and specification narratives while identifying and mitigating project delivery risks.

Requirements

• Strong program and project management capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of commercial real estate construction and the architectural design process.
• Experience in vendor management, including vetting, RFP processes, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to read and interpret construction and engineering plan drawings.
• Understanding of mechanical power, cooling systems, and capacity planning.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
