What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional safety launch readiness across model and product releases, tracking risk tables, mitigations, monitoring plans, and decision points from scoping to post-launch.
• Build operating rhythms across Safety Systems, Integrity, Strategy, User Operations, and engineering to improve safeguards, tooling, and review processes based on past launches.
• Design and run internal programs, including incident management and processes for updating safety mitigations.
• Work with technical stakeholders to create scalable, repeatable safety processes.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, management or equivalent experience
• Extensive track record of delivering high-profile, complex projects against tight deadlines
• Technically versed with experience partnering with top engineering and research teams
• Expertise in designing and implementing simple, scalable processes for complex problems
• Relentlessly resourceful in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Strong knowledge of content integrity, moderation, industry best practices, and regulatory guidelines
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Care about AGI safety
