What you will do
- Conduct assessments, examinations, and follow-up visits.
- Diagnose and manage common medical conditions and administer treatments.
- Travel to assigned healthcare facilities and clinic locations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using EMR/EHR systems.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to monitor progress and adjust care plans.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care.
Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience in primary care, urgent care, family medicine, or home health.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in different clinical environments.
