What you will do

• Provide high-quality virtual primary care via video visits, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Manage a dedicated patient panel across acute, chronic, and preventive health needs.
• Collaborate with care and case management teams to develop and support effective care plans.
• Partner with supervising physicians to ensure compliance with state and practice guidelines.
• Maintain high patient satisfaction and quality metrics through evidence-based practice.
• Utilize telehealth technology to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years experience in ambulatory/outpatient family or internal medicine.
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner and RN license in state of residence.
• Current board certification by ANCC or AANP.
• Must maintain active Medicare status and be eligible for federal healthcare programs.
• Must have a professional, private, and secure home office for virtual visits.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including one evening shift and one weekend shift every fourth weekend.
