What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment planning.
• Manage chronic conditions and provide preventive wellness counseling.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results while prescribing medications.
• Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR and maintain compliance standards.
• Serve as a collaborating physician for Nurse Practitioners, providing oversight and mentorship.
• Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives and performance standard reviews.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Active board certification in Family Medicine with at least 5 years of post-residency clinical experience.
• Active medical licenses in CA, TX, or FL, plus 5 additional state licenses.
• Eligibility for IMLC expedited licensure in 5 additional states.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as part of a 24/7/365 clinic schedule.
• Reliable high-speed internet access for a remote work environment.
