What you will do

• Develop and modify technical deliverables for complex infrastructure projects under general supervision.
• Utilize CAD, BIM, and 3D modeling software to create and maintain technical documentation and drawings.
• Apply foundational engineering principles to create moderately complex design concepts and solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to other engineering professionals and technicians to ensure quality and consistency.
• Perform design calculations, material quantity estimates, and maintain project records.
• Coordinate with design group personnel to exchange project information and support field activities.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Overland Park, KS.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Diploma or Certificate required; Associate Degree in Drafting or Engineering Design preferred.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and/or Bentley MicroStation.
• Ability to pass pre-employment onboarding requirements including background checks and drug screens.
• No visa sponsorship available.
