Compensation: $61,900 – $141,000 (annualized USD).

What you will do

• Manage the planning, design, and construction of physical infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain Building Information Models (BIM) using Revit.
• Utilize GIS data and ESRI software to create actionable products for stakeholders.
• Perform onsite assessments and implement digital modernization solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
• Present technical findings and documentation to external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Facility, Mechanical, Electrical, or Water Engineering.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience with GIS data and ESRI software.
• Proficiency in creating and managing BIM models in AutoCAD Revit.
• Experience with data science, modeling, and visualization.
• Ability to perform field data capture using sensors and hardware.

Nice to have

• Experience working with the Federal Government.
• Knowledge of geospatial, photogrammetry, and LiDAR data.
• Familiarity with ArcGIS, Navisworks, ArchiCAD, or Bentley Systems.
• Strong technical writing and business development skills.
