What you will do
- Map customer audiences and identify learning needs based on product usage data and feedback.
- Create scalable onboarding materials including videos, guides, and interactive learning paths.
- Implement and manage a Learning Management System (LMS) to support self-serve education.
- Develop CoLab Academy curriculum, including certifications and mastery assessments.
- Build feedback loops between learners, Customer Success, and Product teams to iterate on content.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure educational materials are aligned with product releases.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada or the US
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, customer education, or enablement at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of creating content that drives measurable product adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to link education programs to business outcomes like renewals and time-to-value.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent writing, organization, and presentation abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience with technical B2B products such as CAD, PLM, or DevOps tools.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms like Skilljar, Docebo, or Thought Industries.
- Proficiency in course authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Camtasia, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Background in customer marketing or community building.
