Location: Hybrid in Neu-Isenburg, Germany; must be located within the assigned territory and able to travel frequently

What you will do
- Lead sales activity for Commercial ("Mittelstand") accounts to achieve assigned revenue quotas.
- Acquire new customers and expand business within existing accounts across the named territory.
- Coordinate the end-to-end sales cycle, including pipeline generation, solution design, and contract negotiation.
- Build trust-based relationships with Channel Partners, Global System Integrators, and Distributors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenues and increase wallet share.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and operational hygiene.
Requirements
- Proven track record of overachieving sales quotas and KPIs.
- Must be located within the assigned territory (Germany) and able to travel frequently.
- Experience in a technical or business-focused sales role, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, or Cloud.
- Strong understanding of hybrid architectures, private cloud, and public cloud migrations.
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans.
