What you will do
- Develop and maintain structured partnerships with distribution partners, MSPs, and resellers.
- Build a consistent sales funnel to meet contract volume and revenue targets.
- Retain and grow existing accounts through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
- Lead joint partner planning processes to define performance objectives and financial milestones.
- Train distribution sales resources and conduct joint client meetings to drive success.
- Manage escalations and provide feedback to internal marketing, product, and finance teams.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English required
- At least 3 years of sales experience within the IT channel (Vendor, Distribution, Reseller, or MSP)
- Proven ability to manage pipelines and meet revenue targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship-building, presentation, and mediation skills
- Must be based in the DACH region
