What you will do

• Support pipeline generation through prospecting and qualification of hedge funds, market makers, and prime brokers.
• Participate in discovery and demo calls to map client workflows to product capabilities.
• Maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce for all opportunities and activities.
• Conduct market research to identify high-potential prospects and inform prioritization strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Solutions, Product, and Engineering teams to advance deals.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and client events to build relationships.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles (enterprise SaaS, fintech, or institutional finance) or strong recent graduation with relevant internships.
• Native or professional proficiency in Japanese.
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets, trading, and technology.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong organizational skills and professional communication abilities.
• Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with digital assets or crypto markets.
• Proficiency in Korean.
