What you will do

  • Maintain a daily active presence in the Munich market via face-to-face visits to restaurants, cafes, and bars.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from self-sourcing and prospecting to demoing and closing contracts.
  • Utilize consultative selling to build custom solutions for restaurateurs to improve their business operations.
  • Build and expand a strong professional referral network within the local hospitality scene.
  • Collaborate with a local squad of sales professionals based in the Munich HQ.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German language skills (essential for local trust).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong resilience, charisma, and high-level presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated hunter mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or hospitality operations is a plus.
