What you will do
- Maintain a daily active presence in the Munich market via face-to-face visits to restaurants, cafes, and bars.
- Manage the full sales cycle from self-sourcing and prospecting to demoing and closing contracts.
- Utilize consultative selling to build custom solutions for restaurateurs to improve their business operations.
- Build and expand a strong professional referral network within the local hospitality scene.
- Collaborate with a local squad of sales professionals based in the Munich HQ.
Requirements
- Native or fluent German language skills (essential for local trust).
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong resilience, charisma, and high-level presentation skills.
- Self-motivated hunter mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in sales, business development, or hospitality operations is a plus.
