TL;DR

Senior Specialist, Total Rewards (HR): Developing and implementing global reward strategies to attract and retain talent with an accent on compensation processes, data analysis, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on driving adoption of global reward frameworks in high-growth environments, leveraging Workday for data-driven decisions and exploring AI/automation to streamline reward workflows.

Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain; role includes hybrid work (2 days per week from home).

What you will do

  • Support the development and implementation of the global reward philosophy and strategy across brands.
  • Collaborate with People partners, talent acquisition, and business leaders to align regional strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end Total Rewards processes, ensuring agility and data accuracy.
  • Execute pay review cycles using Workday and provide comprehensive data insights to leadership.
  • Ensure global strategy adoption across entities while maintaining compliance and consistency.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and automation for rewards workflows and communications.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Total Rewards within high-growth tech or multi-brand environments.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and data analysis skills (MS Excel or Google Sheets).
  • Excellent communication skills in English required.
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and explain reward concepts clearly.
  • Must be authorized to work in and based in Spain.
