What you will do
- Manage high-volume administrative transactions in Workday including onboarding, offboarding, and job changes.
- Serve as the first line of support for employees and managers regarding Workday self-service and system issues.
- Ensure compliance with employment eligibility verification requirements across multiple regions.
- Conduct regular data audits and maintain system accuracy through standard reporting and ad-hoc requests.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Payroll, IT, and Finance to streamline business processes and system functionality.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops to improve end-user adoption of HR systems.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
- 2+ years of experience in HR Technology and Operations.
- Functional knowledge of HR processes and Workday system administration.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- General awareness of compliance standards such as SOX.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Operations, or a related field.
