What you will do

• Ensure completion and compliance of employment eligibility verification requirements for all countries.
• Process and manage high-volume administrative and transactional employee data changes in Workday.
• Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers using Workday self-service.
• Run standard reports and support ad-hoc data requests, conducting data audits to ensure accuracy and maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate effectively across HR and non-HR cross-functional teams.
• Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of new functionality in Workday.

Requirements

• 2+ Years of HR Technology and Operations experience (Workday experience preferred).
• Functional experience and knowledge of HR processes using Workday.
• General awareness of compliance processes (e.g. SOX compliance).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience (HR, Business Ops, Business Administration).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
