Salary: $112,710.00 - $169,060.00

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business needs into actionable solution directions.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business, user, functional, and non-functional requirements for SIS and related digital products.
• Create detailed documentation, features, acceptance criteria, and data needs to guide delivery teams through implementation.
• Support solution validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and feedback collection to ensure business objectives are met.

Requirements

• Expertise in business data analysis and requirements elicitation techniques.
• Proficiency in technical writing for manuals, reports, and process guidelines.
• Knowledge of product design and development from concept through to production.
• Must be located in Chicago, Peoria, Denver, or Dallas; no visa sponsorship or relocation provided.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Agile practices and frameworks, preferably SAFe.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with business partners.
