What you will do

• Evaluate and implement AI-driven tools and frameworks to design, configure, and maintain enterprise IT application systems.
• Build and deploy advanced workflow automations using LLM APIs, orchestration frameworks, and platforms like GCP Cloud Functions, AWS Lambda, and n8n.
• Design and implement AI agent skills, tool integrations, and autonomous workflows with production-grade governance.
• Lead the strategic roadmap for complex application portfolios and mentor junior IT Application Specialists.
• Own end-to-end design, planning, and testing for enhancements and break/fix issues across enterprise applications.
• Deploy and manage AIOps monitoring for predictive detection and automated incident response.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA and eligible to work via E-Verify.
• 5-8 years of experience in technical support of IT applications, cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), and OS troubleshooting (Linux, Windows, ChromeOS).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered automation in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash, and AI-driven development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini CLI.
• Advanced knowledge of Linux environments, SSO (SAML & LDAPS), Zero Trust Architecture, and Docker.
• Practical experience with intelligent monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk.

Nice to have

• Certifications: Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Google AI Professional, AWS, or Linux+.
