What you will do

• Own end-to-end development of multi-agent AI systems, from architecture and implementation to deployment.
• Build modular agentic systems using orchestration frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or Anthropic MCP.
• Develop MCP servers, APIs, and microservices connecting LLMs to business systems like BigQuery, Slack, and CRMs.
• Architect data flows for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to connect models with internal knowledge bases.
• Design and deploy automation workflows using n8n, Workato, or custom platforms with CI/CD standards.
• Establish AI governance and compliance standards, including access controls, audit trails, and cost management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with depth in backend, systems integration, or data engineering.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience applying LLMs/AI to production workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/Node.js.
• Experience with LLM patterns: prompt engineering, RAG, function calling, and structured output parsing.
• Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, and serverless/containerized services.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or Qdrant.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS marketing or sales platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
• Experience with frontend frameworks like React for building AI tool interfaces.
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools like Temporal, Prefect, or Airflow.
