TL;DR

Partner Executive SHI (Sales): Leading and growing the strategic national relationship with SHI to accelerate revenue and pipeline growth with an accent on co-sell execution and joint business planning. Focus on expanding hirify.global's share of wallet in hybrid cloud, enterprise infrastructure, and AI solutions.

Location: Remote - US / Austin, Texas (Hybrid environment with some in-office expectations)

What you will do

  • Manage the national SHI partner relationship, ensuring executive alignment and performance management.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans aligned with growth objectives and revenue targets.
  • Drive pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and partner-led opportunities.
  • Lead account mapping and co-sell alignment between hirify.global field teams and SHI sellers.
  • Deliver sales and technical enablement programs to increase partner capability and mindshare.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Operations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience working with strategic or national partners.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and delivering revenue results.
  • Experience developing and executing joint business plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in co-sell motions and partner-led sales models.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience working with SHI or similar national partners like CDW, WWT, or Insight.
  • Background in enterprise infrastructure, hybrid cloud, or AI solutions.
  • Experience enabling partner sales and technical teams.
