Location: Remote - US / Austin, Texas (Hybrid environment with some in-office expectations)

What you will do
- Manage the national SHI partner relationship, ensuring executive alignment and performance management.
- Develop and execute joint business plans aligned with growth objectives and revenue targets.
- Drive pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and partner-led opportunities.
- Lead account mapping and co-sell alignment between field teams and SHI sellers.
- Deliver sales and technical enablement programs to increase partner capability and mindshare.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience working with strategic or national partners.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and delivering revenue results.
- Experience developing and executing joint business plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in co-sell motions and partner-led sales models.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Direct experience working with SHI or similar national partners like CDW, WWT, or Insight.
- Background in enterprise infrastructure, hybrid cloud, or AI solutions.
- Experience enabling partner sales and technical teams.
