What you will do

• Architect and execute next-generation loss mitigation strategies to optimize collections and recoveries for bad loans.
• Partner with Operations to define automated contact strategies via WhatsApp and omnichannel systems.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to build advanced predictive collections models, such as propensity-to-pay scorecards.
• Build and own loss forecasting models using CECL methodology to establish corporate capital resiliency measures.
• Manage and report the organization's credit loss budget and operational capacity planning to the C-suite.
• Lead the technical evaluation, vetting, and onboarding of third-party credit loss collection vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of quantitative experience in Credit Risk Analytics, specifically in loss mitigation, collections strategy, and loss forecasting.
• Hands-on mastery of SQL, data pipelines, and predictive modeling using Python or R.
• Deep understanding of modern collections technology and experience with digital/conversational channels.
• Expert ability to present technical risk data and financial impacts to founders and bank sponsors.
• Proven history of extreme ownership and independently steering large cross-functional initiatives.
