What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of high-value partner relationships as the primary contact for executive leadership.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior city and agency officials to identify revenue opportunities.
- Lead complex multi-year contract renewals and service expansions to increase YoY revenue.
- Utilize service performance data to steer the strategic direction of partnerships.
- Collaborate internally to influence the product roadmap based on partner needs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles managing strategic accounts.
- Strong quantitative skills and ability to use complex data sets for decision-making.
- Proven track record of navigating politically sensitive situations and building trust.
- Must be located in San Francisco
