What you will do

• Lead and manage a portfolio of key healthcare client accounts, overseeing strategic planning and execution.
• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and budgets.
• Oversee project execution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work and client satisfaction.
• Manage client communications and presentations to build strong, collaborative partnerships.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to agency growth.
• Mentor and develop a team of account professionals, providing guidance and leadership.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of agency or client-side experience in healthcare marketing.
• At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring a team.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing budgets and timelines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Must be based in New York, NY to support a hybrid work model (4 days/week in office).
