Location: Hybrid work model in Atlanta, GA, USA
Salary: $180,000 - $360,000 OTE

What you will do
- Build and deepen multi-level relationships within marquee accounts, from IT teams to the CIO and C-suite.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive license expansion and renewal excellence.
- Partner with clients to build outcomes-driven roadmaps that align the platform with their business priorities.
- Orchestrate internal resources across functions and geographies to ensure an outstanding client experience.
- Manage worldwide deployment and development of assigned global accounts.
- Own financial performance for your portfolio, achieving targets across licenses, renewals, and professional services.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise technology sales or account leadership with a track record of exceeding multi-million dollar targets.
- 2+ years of experience as a Client Director or Strategic Account Executive managing complex enterprise accounts.
- Direct experience in ITSM, ITOM, Digital Employee Experience (DEX), or adjacent enterprise software categories.
- Demonstrated success engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders (CIO, CHRO).
- Must be based in the US and able to work in a hybrid model in Atlanta, GA.
