What you will do
- Act as the primary business partner for the client's Marketing Director, providing strategic counsel on local market challenges.
- Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary UK team to deliver high-performing, integrated marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the operational and financial performance of the account, ensuring strong income and margin growth.
- Translate central brand strategies into bespoke, idea-led creative solutions for the UK market.
- Embed agile ways of working and utilize WPP Open and AI tools to drive operational efficiency.
- Ensure all local activities comply with brand guidelines, legal standards, and governance rules.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK and able to commute to Dunton, Essex, and London offices as required.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, integrated marketing accounts.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing account profitability.
- Deep understanding of the modern UK digital, social, and content landscape.
- Practical experience applying AI and emerging technologies to drive creative innovation.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for influencing senior stakeholders.
