What you will do

• Lead and empower the team to manage and scale client relationships, serving as a senior point of contact and escalation lead.

• Contribute to new business growth by supporting responses and pitches for potential clients.
• Oversee finance and billing processes to ensure full compliance with WPP GroupM guidelines.
• Drive automation initiatives within the Affiliate department to enhance profitability and time efficiency.
