What you will do

• Own and build the EMEA B2B partner marketing strategy in collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.
• Develop joint go-to-market plans with hyperscalers, global consultancies, GSIs, and technical deployment partners.
• Establish the partner marketing operating model, including planning rhythms, playbooks, and governance.
• Create executive-ready narratives, events, and campaigns to drive pipeline and customer adoption.
• Manage partner marketing investments and co-marketing resources based on potential and measurable return.
• Utilize AI-native tools and workflows to improve marketing output, speed, and quality.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliances marketing, or ecosystem GTM within enterprise technology, cloud, AI, or SaaS.
• Proven track record of building partner marketing programs with major strategic partners.
• Strong executive presence and experience engaging with senior partner stakeholders and GTM executives.
• Ability to build systems, planning cadences, and repeatable playbooks from scratch.
• Experience navigating EMEA markets, including various partner motions and local sales structures.
• Must be based in London, UK to support a hybrid work model.
