Salary: $85,000–$95,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Research organizations and identify high-potential leads that fit the hirify.global profile.
  • Partner with Account Executives to prospect into targeted account lists.
  • Perform high-volume outreach, including over 400 dials per week to engage prospects and book demos.
  • Document detailed account and decision-maker information within the CRM.
  • Adapt the company value proposition to different organization types to maintain high-quality phone conversations.
  • Collaborate with other departments and run experiments to improve sales efficiency.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, or 3+ years in another industry with a strong desire to transition into sales.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias towards action.
  • Resilience and curiosity when engaging with prospects.
