TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Managing the top of the sales funnel by identifying prospects and scheduling meetings for Account Executives with an accent on high-volume outreach and lead qualification. Focus on building a pipeline within the education, manufacturing, or property management verticals while maintaining data integrity in Salesforce.
Location: Must be based in the United States. New hires are expected to work onsite at the Columbus, OH office during their first week for onboarding.
Salary: $55,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE $80,000–$95,000).

What you will do
- Execute high-volume outreach, including 400 calls per week to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage the top of the sales funnel by scheduling initial consultations and demos for Account Executives.
- Follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads from field events to progress them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate prospect data, notes, and lead status within Salesforce and Gong.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and meet monthly targets of 10 qualified opportunities.
