What you will do

  • Develop and maintain Project Safety Roadmaps and Site Safety Plans ensuring adherence to OSHA, NFPA, NESC, ASTM, and ANSI standards.
  • Generate weekly Total Case Incident Reports and deliver performance briefings to executive management.
  • Lead injury and incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor subcontractor compliance through regular site walk-throughs and audits to mitigate hazards.
  • Co-facilitate safety training, lead weekly toolbox talks, and mentor field personnel on safety solutions.
  • Build relationships to promote proactive safety behaviors across the jobsite.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of electrical industry standards including NFPA 70E and NESC.
  • OSHA 30 Construction (Required); BCSP Certification (CHST, OHST, or CSP) highly preferred.
  • CPR/First Aid Certified (Trainer status preferred).
  • Strong communication skills to influence behaviors and present safety data.
  • Ability to work in outdoor construction environments at heights, confined spaces, lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license with satisfactory record.
