What you will do

• Prepare scopes, RFPs, and budgets while managing payment applications.
• Administer construction contracts from inception through project closeout.
• Oversee scheduling, sequencing, and permitting processes.
• Manage subcontractor engagement and enforce onsite health and safety protocols.
• Review project progress to ensure quality and compliance with technical drawings and specifications.
• Lead and document project meetings with owners, architects, and construction managers.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
• Must be able to work onsite at client locations
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes, management techniques, and materials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented approach to project documentation

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related field
• Experience working in hyper-scale data centers
