TL;DR
Inbound SDR (SaaS): Qualify warm, marketing-generated leads and connect them with the Account Executive team with an accent on lead qualification and pipeline management. Focus on optimizing conversion rates, managing high lead volumes, and improving sales messaging based on prospect feedback.
Location: On-site in San Francisco or New York
Compensation: $80K – $100K • Offers Equity

What you will do
- Manage and respond to inbound leads via email, phone, and chat.
- Qualify prospects using a structured discovery process based on fit, need, and timing.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and accurate records within HubSpot.
- Execute follow-up sequences and track engagement using Amplemarket and HubSpot.
- Partner with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and strong conversion.
- Meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings and opportunities created.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or customer-facing sales role.
- Proven ability to organize and manage high lead volumes effectively.
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS buying dynamics.
- Must be based in San Francisco or New York for on-site work.
Nice to have
- Specific experience qualifying inbound leads.
- Exposure to MEDDIC, BANT, or similar qualification frameworks.
- Prior experience at a startup or high-growth tech company.
