Compensation: $60,000 base salary + variable (OTE $92,400)

What you will do
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling and email outreach
- Engage decision-makers in the home improvement retail space to drive interest
- Schedule product demos and nurture prospect relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Maintain accurate lead tracking and pipeline management within Salesforce
- Deliver high-quality customer service during all prospect interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales or as a BDR
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with high-volume outbound sales activities
- Experience using CRM software like Salesforce
- Ability to work onsite in Chicago

- Background in SaaS or POS software solutions
- Prior experience or familiarity with the paint or hardware retail industry
