What you will do

• Design and operationalize agentic AI workflows for medical imaging data intake, validation, and quality control.
• Build RAG-based systems grounded in clinical protocols and SOPs with full traceability.
• Develop evaluation harnesses to monitor agent behavior, hallucination rates, and task success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Imaging Ops, and Regulatory to define agentic use cases.
• Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD, observability, and secure deployment for agentic services.
• Prototype and validate new AI capabilities, hardening them into production-ready features.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• Solid professional software engineering experience with production-grade systems.
• Proven experience implementing LLM-based systems, specifically agentic workflows and tool calling.
• Practical experience with LLM evaluation, including offline testing and production telemetry.
• Strong understanding of RAG patterns, knowledge grounding, and data lineage.
• Familiarity with MLOps/DevOps practices and secure deployment in regulated environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or clinical trial imaging workflows.
• Knowledge of regulated software expectations and audit trail requirements.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.
