Compensation: USD 100,000 - 130,000 yearly

What you will do

• Own and execute the privacy product roadmap in alignment with business priorities and compliance needs.
• Translate legal and regulatory requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with legal, engineering, and external vendors to deliver system integrations and enhancements.
• Manage prioritization, backlog grooming, and release planning to maximize organizational impact.
• Monitor product performance and user adoption while resolving system gaps and inefficiencies.
• Lead change management efforts, including system updates, testing, and user enablement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, privacy operations, or compliance technology.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and global data protection standards.
• Hands-on experience with privacy management platforms, workflow configuration, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and enterprise data flow management.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with consent management, DSARs, and cookie compliance.
• Knowledge of data governance, cybersecurity, and risk management best practices.
• Certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, or CSPO.
