What you will do

• Build and validate audience targeting strategies across addressable and non-addressable media channels.
• Design comprehensive media and communication strategies in collaboration with channel specialists.
• Manage day-to-day campaign operations and serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Own communication with Marketing Manager-level clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Oversee the development and performance of Account Executives.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to improve planning accuracy and campaign outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in London and able to work from the office approximately four days per week.
• Proven experience in media planning and managing client relationships.
• Strong understanding of media channels and their role within a broader communication strategy.
• Proficiency with audience planning tools such as YouGov and data platforms like Meta or Google Trends.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable media implications.
• Passion for media, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning AI-driven marketing technologies.
